Editorial style sheet

Every site needs an editorial style sheet which records decisions made about spelling, capitalisations, abbreviations and more. It is used by both editors and authors to maintain consistency across the site. This is a simple example.

Titles: omit Mr, include Major
No full points after initials, no space between multiple initials.
Abbreviations
Use acronym tag to expand each use W3C
